Why partner with Dispatch

Elevate your delivery business.

Competitive payouts

Transparent, market-rate compensation paid weekly with no payment-processor fees taken from your line.

High order volume

Direct connection to enterprise shipper demand across our 80+ markets — no marketing spend on your side.

Flexible scheduling

Accept volume that fits your fleet's existing routes and capacity. Scale up and down by market.

Diverse delivery types

Hotshot, same-day, multi-stop, and scheduled — across the full vehicle range from car to box truck.

Dedicated support

Partner success manager, tooling support, and an escalation path that doesn't route through a generic help desk.

Technology platform

One dispatch tool, one tracking surface, one payment integration — replacing the 5–10 disjoint systems most fleets juggle.

Courier Partner vs. Independent Contractor

Two ways to drive with Dispatch.

Most drivers join as Independent Contractors — solo, in their own market, on their own schedule. Courier Partners is a separate program for established delivery businesses that want to take on Dispatch volume as a sub-carrier.

Courier Partner

An established delivery business — typically an LLC with multiple drivers, an active DOT number, and commercial coverage — that takes on Dispatch volume as a sub-carrier.

Independent Contractor

A solo driver who works directly with Dispatch on jobs in their market. Different program; sign up at the driver onboarding portal.

Requirements

What it takes to qualify.

Certificate of Insurance (COI)

Active commercial auto and general liability coverage at the levels required for your operating markets.

DOT number

Active USDOT registration — required for operating commercial vehicles in interstate or intrastate commerce.

Registered LLC or corporation

An operating business entity in good standing. We work through the entity, not individual drivers.

Driver licensing (incl. CDL where required)

Each driver on the partner roster must hold the appropriate license for the vehicle class they operate.

Vehicle standards

Vehicles in safe, working condition with the equipment add-ons (liftgate, dolly, racks) advertised in your fleet profile.

Background check

Each driver passes a Dispatch-administered background check before being added to the partner roster.
