    Businesses partner with Dispatch to manage same-day and schedule-ahead deliveries. Companies can fully outsource delivery operations or manage internal fleets, using the platform to save time, money, and resources.

  • How much does it cost to use Dispatch? +

    Marketplace has free account setup with pay-as-you-go pricing based on vehicle type, speed needed, and mileage. Connect offers three subscription tiers with monthly or yearly options. Custom pricing is available for integrations.

  • How do I start a Dispatch Connect free trial? +

    Visit the Dispatch Connect page, select 'Start a Free Trial,' follow the prompts, and receive 30 days of complimentary access before our sales team reaches out.

  • What types of vehicles do you offer for delivery? +

    Cars, mid-sized vans, pickup trucks, cargo vans, and box trucks (up to 26 feet). Optional add-ons include liftgate, dolly, pallet jack, and racks for expanded capabilities.

  • How much can you fit in a box truck? +

    Box trucks come in a range of lengths and weight capacity limits — typically 12, 16, 20, or 26 feet. Talk to our team for a fit assessment based on your specific load.

  • How fast can Dispatch deliver? +

    Options include Hotshot (urgent), ASAP (fast), Expedited (a couple of hours), Standard (several hours), Same Day (end of day), and Multi-Stop (varies by stops and distance).

  • What type of insurance does Dispatch have? +

    Dispatch carries general liability, auto liability, property coverage, and cargo coverage.

  • How do I track my delivery? +

    Each delivery comes with a unique tracking link. Share it via email, SMS, or direct notification for real-time monitoring by you or the recipient.

  • How do you vet your delivery drivers? +

    Dispatch drivers go through a stringent process that includes a verified background check and training. Drivers are local professionals with reliable vehicles and individual insurance.

  • What is your service area? +

    Dispatch operates in 80+ U.S. markets, covering approximately a 60-mile radius around each pickup and drop-off location.

  • How do I make changes to my order? +

    Modifications are allowed until a driver is assigned. Afterward, contact Support for assistance.

  • Who will load and unload the vehicles? +

    The Dispatch driver will load and unload your items unless noted otherwise in the order form.
